Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep subject matter expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The successful candidate will lead a global cross functional initiative to onboard previously unmanaged applications to our IGA platform and to implement robust access reconciliation processes. The role demands strong stakeholder management escalation handling and regular reporting to direct & senior leadership.
Main Tasks:
- Define and execute the end to end project plan for onboarding new applications to the IGA tool
- Define monitor and escalate/report on progress & status of the overall reconciliation compliance for CIB
- Ensure all deliverables (scope schedule quality budget) are met on time and within agreed constraints
- Follow up with stakeholders from CTO organization to ensure automation of reconciliation as per defined schedule
- Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts (application onboarding entitlement models (eg: RBAC) provisioning reconciliation recertification segregation of duties)
- Ensure project scope implementation is in line with the Group and CIB baselines
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners application teams security/compliance groups etc.
- Conduct regular steering committee meetings status updates and risk/issue reviews
- Identify log and triage issues; lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across functional teams
- Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership with recommended mitigation actions
- Define maintain and produce periodic progress dashboards risk registers and KPI reports (e.g. % of applications onboarded reconciliation coverage exception rates)
- Act as a liaison between the Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams to ensure alignment throughout the duration of the project conduct periodic governance follow ups with onshore and offshore teams
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- 10years of experience leading large scale global IT projects (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred)
- Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget
- 5years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g. SailPoint Saviynt IBM Security Identity Governance Oracle Identity Governance)
- Deep understanding of application onboarding access reconciliation entitlement certification role mining and segregation of duties
- Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI Tableau) for KPI dashboards

English Mastery
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical audiences
- Experience influencing senior business and security leaders across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to translate business requirements into IAM design and evaluate relevant metrics at all levels of reporting
- Demonstrated experience handling high impact escalations and reporting to executive committees
