innovation and operational excellence to deliver a new standard in mobile living.
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Financial Controller to support and
structure the next phase of the companys growth.

Position Summary
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the companys accounting
operations financial reporting and internal controls. This role ensures accuracy integrity
and timeliness of financial data across systems (Odoo and QuickBooks Online) while
building scalable processes to support a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
The Controller will work closely with the CFO and fractional CFO team acting as the
internal owner of accounting execution financial close and reporting. This position
requires strong technical accounting skills ERP discipline and the ability to operate
independently while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Close Ownership
Own month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow)
Maintain general ledger integrity and supporting schedules
Review journal entries accruals and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
Supervise AP and AR processes ( collections invoicing)
Ensure proper coding approvals and documentation
Monitor cash disbursements and working capital cycles
Review vendor balances aging reports and payment runs
Implement controls over invoice processing and payment approvals

ERP & Accounting Systems Management
Own reconciliation between Odoo (ERP) and QuickBooks Online
Ensure consistency between operational data and financial reporting
Identify and resolve discrepancies (inventory COGS receipts billing)
Improve ERP workflows data integrity and reporting accuracy
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to enforce process discipline

Inventory & Manufacturing Accounting
Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation
Ensure proper accounting for:
o raw materials
o work-in-progress (WIP)
o finished goods
Monitor standard vs actual costs and variances
Support implementation of strong inventory controls and procedures
Align ERP stock movements with accounting treatment

Financial Controls & Compliance
Build and maintain strong internal controls
Ensure audit-ready documentation and processes
Support annual audits and lender reporting requirements
Maintain compliance with tax regulatory and financial reporting standards

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Monitor cash flow payables receivables and inventory cycles
Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning
Ensure alignment between operational execution and financial impact

Team & Process Leadership
Act as internal owner of accounting operations
Support and mentor junior finance / AP staff
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Establish scalable finance processes for growth

Expected Autonomy
This role is expected to:
Operate independently with limited supervision
Own accounting accuracy end-to-end
Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations purchasing and leadership
Escalate only high-impact or strategic matters

Ideal Candidate Profile
610 years of accounting experience
Strong experience as Controller / Senior Accountant in manufacturing environment
ERP experience required (Odoo strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting
Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
Ability to operate in a fast-paced high-growth environment

Compensation
$95000 $115000 annually depending on experience and profile
