As part of our Revenue Management Department we are looking for a Revenue Management Specialist with strong analytical skills strategic thinking and a passion for maximizing commercial performance. This role is essential to unlocking revenue potential improving fleet utilization and ensuring our pricing decisions align with market trends and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing demand patterns and fleet utilization to recommend rate adjustments across markets.
- Develop and optimize pricing strategies based on data insights market research and competitor analysis.
- Regularly review and update rental rates to maximize revenue and maintain market competitiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance trends and key insights for senior management.
- Forecast demand to support planning and ensure optimal fleet allocation.
- Collaborate closely with Operations Sales and Marketing to align pricing strategies with business goals and seasonality.
- Monitor pricing accuracy and availability across reservation systems and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Track competitor rates and promotions to anticipate market movements.
- Support special projects and contribute analysis that drives continuous revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Mathematics Finance or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue management pricing analysis or analytical roles within rentacar travel hospitality or similar industries.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience in reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of yield management pricing strategy and demand forecasting.
- Ability to interpret large data sets and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with revenue management systems and reservation platforms (highly valued).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
