Job Title- Sr. Program Manager

Location- Sydney (Onsite)

Job Type- 12 months FTC

Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Program Manager with strong technical delivery depth to lead carrier grade Telco Cloud and 5G transformation programs. The role combines end-to-end program
governance with hands-on technical understanding across 5G Core Telco NFVI Ericsson
CNIS Red Hat OpenShift Kubernetes and multi-vendor cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program governance: integrated plans milestones RAID and executive
reporting
Run structured delivery cadence (weekly fortnightly SteerCo)
Manage multi-vendor dependencies (OEMs platform vendors SIs internal teams)
Provide technically informed oversight across 5G Core NFVI CNIS OpenShift
Kubernetes
Drive wave-based application onboarding from lab to production with gated readiness
Embed cyber security / SRA as core delivery milestones
Ensure transition-to-operations documentation and knowledge handover

Required Experience
10 years in Program Management Technical Delivery or Telco Cloud Architecture
Proven delivery of carrier-grade 5G and Telco Cloud programs
Hands-on experience with Ericsson NFVI / CNIS and Red Hat OpenShift
Strong multi-vendor and stakeholder management experience
