What this role is all about
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you play an important role in strengthening the sales pipeline by engaging potential clients optimizing Salesforce data and executing targeted outreach strategies. You will be is a dynamic cross-functional role that bridges sales and marketing with a strong focus on lead recycling targeted outreach event support and collaboration across teams.
What youll do
- Engageprospect customers through phone email social media and digital channels converting conversations into quality meetings and sales opportunities.
- Identifycustomer segments verticals and needs early in discussions to route opportunities to the right Sales Team or Inside Sales Hub.
- Leveragebest-in-class tools such as Outreach ZoomInfo and Salesforce to prospect efficiently across all account segments.
- Builddeep product expertise to articulate how Infobips communication platform solves real business problems for customers across industries.
- Collaboratewith sales marketing and channel teams to execute proven account-based sales strategies and campaign-driven pipeline generation.
- Deliverconsistent results against weekly monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining accurate meeting forecasts in Salesforce.
- Tacklea fast-paced high-growth environment where youll pioneer outreach into new market segments and help shape how Infobip wins in your region.
What makes you a strong fit
- 12 yearsof solution sales experience
- Proven ability to penetrate target accounts and engage with key stakeholders includingC-level executives
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills youre a natural team player
- Excellentnegotiation and closingabilities
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required
- Professional working proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
