Experienced Residential & Commercial Painter:
Skilled and detail-oriented painter with extensive experience delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes for residential homes and commercial properties. Proven ability to prepare surfaces apply coatings and complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Adept at working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Skilled and detail-oriented painter with extensive experience delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes for residential homes and commercial properties. Proven ability to prepare surfaces apply coatings and complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Adept at working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepared surfaces by cleaning sanding patching caulking and priming to ensure smooth and durable finishes
* Applied paints stains varnishes and coatings using brushes rollers and spray equipment for residential and commercial projects
* Interpreted blueprints work orders and client specifications to meet project requirements and design expectations
* Protected surrounding areas with drop cloths tape and masking to prevent damage and maintain clean workspaces
* Mixed and matched paints to achieve desired colors and finishes with precision and consistency
* Operated and maintained painting tools ladders scaffolding and spray equipment safely
* Completed projects within established timelines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
* Communicated effectively with clients contractors and team members to ensure satisfaction and project alignment
* Adhered to safety regulations including proper handling of chemicals use of PPE and compliance with OSHA standards
* Conducted final inspections and touch-ups to ensure a polished professional result
