Location: Remote

Role Overview

This role focuses on Cerner Invision Application Support within the Legacy Revenue Cycle specifically Patient Accounting. It involves incident resolution configuration troubleshooting and supporting EMR/EHR implementations.

Responsibilities:

Provide Cerner Invision application support incident resolution and implementation for Cerner or other EHR/EMR projects.

Configure and troubleshoot Cerner or other EMR solution functionalities and components.

Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and document notes and knowledge articles.

Gather requirements determine scope of work and plan for on time delivery.

Work independently on assigned time sensitive tasks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and clients; provide timely feedback.

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).

Adapt to changing technology landscapes and collaborate with global teams.

Be available for odd hours on call duties and weekend work as needed; open to shift work.
