Work Schedule:
100% FTE day shift working Monday Friday from 8:00 am 4:30 pm. You will work at American Family Childrens Hospital in Madison WI. This is a hybrid position working 1 2 days on-site per week after the training period.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
- Coordinate daily administrative workflows including calendar management maintenance of meeting agendas taking meeting minutes and coordinating activities and schedules of department teams to support efficient nursing leadership operations.
- Serve as the liaison between the Pediatric Inpatient Nursing Director and internal/external stakeholders routing questions and supporting communication needs within and outside of the department.
- Provide support to the department as it relates to payroll time-off policies procedures education and scheduling.
- Coordinate and monitor departmental needs including purchasing supplies services or equipment.
- Support project and operational initiatives including data gathering meeting preparation and follow up tasks ad logistics for department-wide programs or improvement efforts.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
