Job Summary
About the role
As a part of Test Engineering team the Senior Principal Test Engineer will define the Test strategy and testability during the new product development for interfaces voltage translators and digital isolators.
You will be responsible for the test program and hardware development and work closely with the design architect and site engineer during the project. You ensure that the test solution is released to production and support volume ramp-up.
What you will do
Development of lowest cost ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test programs and hardware.
Responsible for the introduction and release of the testing at the production sites.
Responsible for the product test strategy for new products and cost downs.
Drive and share the roadmap/vision on test strategy and test methods.
Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.
Undertakes activities to support test infrastructure and feasibility studies.
What you will need
Education and experience:
Master/bachelors degree in applied science/Engineering of Electronics.
More than 6 years of experience in test development in the R&D environment.
Technical Skills:
C and scripting.
ATE knowledge.
Test hardware concept and schematic development.
Soft Skills:
Able to work in international and multi-disciplinary teams.
Have customer orientation and quality mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English.
