As our Senior Talent & Business Partner for the Netherlands you are a key reinforcement for our growing Dutch HR team. With a team that is easily growing towards 80 colleagues fueled by organic growth and acquisitions you bring the seniority and drive needed to take our people agenda to the next level.

You bring senior-level expertise to strengthen our Dutch HR capacity: from attracting and recruiting the right talent to onboarding developing and retaining them. You handle complex employment matters with confidence you navigate Dutch labor law with ease and you are a trusted sparring partner for our C-level leadership division heads and local managers alike.

You combine strategic thinking with a get-it-done mentality. Youre commercially aware you understand the dynamics of a consultancy business and you thrive under pressure whether thats driven by client demands internal growth or external partners. At the same time you are a warm approachable colleague who genuinely cares about people: a safe harbor for our QbDers and a role model for what good employership looks like.

What youll be doing

Business partnering & HR strategy

  • Strengthen our HR capacity in the Netherlands by bringing senior expertise strategic thinking and hands-on execution to a growing organization.

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner and sounding board for C-level executives division heads and global leads on workforce planning performance and talent strategy.

  • Translate QbDs group HR strategy into impactful local initiatives that drive real business results.

  • Build trusted relationships across the organization be the person people come to whether its a manager needing advice or a colleague needing support.

  • Handle sensitive and complex conversations head-on: performance discussions dismissals complex talent challenges with our customers .... You dont shy away from the hard stuff.

Talent acquisition always regardless of seniority

  • Recruitment is not something you grow out of its the engine of a scaling business and a core part of this role. You lead by example.

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for the Netherlands: from strategic workforce planning and intake through sourcing and selection to offer and close.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both permanent hires and freelance consultants to support project delivery and flexible resourcing.

  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to anticipate talent needs before they become bottlenecks.

  • Continuously sharpen our employer brand and recruitment processes in the Dutch market.

Employee lifecycle & people development

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding development performance management career growth and retention.

  • Be a genuine people person know your colleagues understand what drives them and create an environment where they feel seen heard and supported.

  • Guide managers in people-related decisions and equip them to lead their teams effectively.

  • Ensure solid compliant HR practices that reflect both Dutch labor law requirements and the principles of good employership.

Growth change & acquisitions

  • Lead the people-side of M&A integration: align HR processes harmonize employment conditions and drive cultural integration when relevant so only when acquisitions in this region are taking place.

  • Support the organization by ensuring HR governance compliance and reporting are at a professional standard.

  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities in the people domain and take decisive action dont wait to be asked.

International collaboration

  • Work closely with HR colleagues across Europe to share best practices and contribute to group-wide initiatives.

  • Be an ambassador of QbDs JPEG culture (Joy Partnership Extra Mile Getting Things Done) within the Dutch organization.
