Job Summary
IT Asset Assistant
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure as our IT Asset Assistant will be the for the global management and control of licenses and its respective lifecycle with focus on software asset management software compliance maintenance renewals.
Your main tasks will include:
As Asset Assistant
Handle IT requests for software
Ensure that all PCs are communicating to our license management tool
Manage IT Contracts and Software License Management activities
Control the day to day operations of the IT software asset management
Align with internal customers to determine needs for IT contracts and licensing
Manage licensing inventory and recommend how to maximize investment in software assets
Align enterprise-wide annual software true-up and support renewals co-term possibilities and cost reduction opportunities
Support compliance in software licensing and support or perform software supplier compliance audits
IT Asset Assistant with a pro-active and team player attitude
To succeed in this role you need to be service-oriented able to multitask and self-driven. You have excellent communication skills also with non-IT people. You are proactive you have a self-learning spirit and you enjoy being part of a team. You also have excellent English skills in reading writing and speaking which will make you able to communicate with your foreign colleagues.
