Job Summary

Your tasks
  • You support our sales team by creating quotes orders and invoices and by maintaining all activities accurately in our ERP (Business Central) and CRM (HubSpot).
  • You stay in regular contact with our customers identify cross and up selling opportunities and share them with the sales team.
  • In office management you ensure smooth day to day operations and make sure that equipment processes and workflows run reliably.
  • In marketing you work closely with the team in Germany maintain our LinkedIn presence for Hungary and organize team events that strengthen collaboration.
  • As the first point of contact for HR topics you coordinate requests within the team and collaborate closely with our HR team in Germany to keep information and processes aligned.
Your profile
  • Initial experience in a commercial field gained through vocational training internships or student roles enabling you to quickly understand common workflows.
  • A careful and accurate working style for creating error free documents and reliably handling our administrative and commercial processes.
  • Ideally first experience with an ERP or CRM system so you can onboard quickly and enjoy working with clean structured data.
  • An open and communicative personality for regular interaction with the team and our customers.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep various tasks across Sales Support Office Management Marketing and HR well coordinated.
  • Confident and friendly appearance so you can act as a reliable go to person at the Budapest office.
  • Hungarian at native level fluent English and German as a plus to ensure smooth communication with our international locations.
  • Motivation to take on responsibility and learn new things as you will gain deep insights and actively shape how our Budapest office operates.
