What Youll Be Doing
- Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean organized and well-maintained
- Perform daily cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors
- Walk your sites regularly keeping an eye out for anything that needs attention
- Take care of minor repairs and maintenance tasks as they come up
- Flag bigger issues to the management team so they can be handled quickly
- Stay on top of your schedule and wrap up jobs completely and correctly
- Keep simple accurate records of the work youve completed

Schedule
- 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
- 7:00 AM 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Physical & Day-to-Day Requirements
This is a physical on-your-feet role. You should be comfortable:
- Climbing ladders and stairs
- Bending kneeling and working around equipment
- Lifting up to 75 lbs
- Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
- Able to talk sit stand stoop and bend.
- Excellent verbal/written communication listening customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and willing to be an effective team member.
- Strong work ethic punctuality and a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and problem solve.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination able to grasp and assemble objects.
- Excellent vision or corrected including ability to distinguish basic color groups excellent hearing.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulation
