Job Summary
Experience: 04 - 10 Years
Location: Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid)
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to drive design development and delivery of solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) Java and cloud-native development practices. This role requires technical leadership solution architecture skills and the ability to guide a development team.
Technical Leadership
Lead end-to-end development of SAP BTP applications using CAPM and Java.
Define architecture coding standards and development best practices.
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to ensure quality delivery.
Solution & Application Development
Design and develop scalable applications using SAP CAP (Java/).
Develop REST/OData services on SAP BTP.
Integrate BTP solutions with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
Work with SAP HANA Cloud for database design and CDS modeling.
DevOps & Cloud Enablement
Support CI/CD pipeline setup and cloud deployment.
Ensure secure coding authentication (XSUAA) and cloud best practices.
Collaboration & Delivery
Coordinate with functional consultants architects and delivery teams.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
4 years of overall IT experience with 35 years in SAP BTP development.
Strong experience with SAP CAP (Java preferred).
Expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot development.
Understanding of SAP BTP services such as XSUAA Destinations Connectivity Workflow and Event Mesh.
Experience with SAP HANA Cloud OData/REST services and Git-based development.
Good to Have
Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori development.
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite.
Exposure to ABAP CDS views.
SAP or cloud certifications.
Soft Skills

Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
Ownership mindset and commitment to delivery excellence.
