Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Design Hardware Development Manager located inChangi Singapore.
What a typical day looks like:
Responsible for leading a team of hardware development engineers who are responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance for enterprise wide technical architecture systems use and maintenance in order to cooperate to the next-generation technologies integration into the architectural strategy.
Ensure that the team is organized effectively to provide adequate support to customer inquiries.
Allocate tasks for activities related to hardware development for prospective users.
Work under the current business practices processes and procedures in order to fulfill internal customers requirements and expectations.
Ensure future business opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval system capabilities are identified to fulfill customers requirements.
Participate in technical reviews as required.
Participate in Customer meetings and help resolve technical issues.
Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce
The experience were looking to add to our team:
More than 15 years experience in power electronics with background on high power in server and data center application. Experience in BBU energy storage and rack power is a plus.
Good interpersonal skill able to deal with multi cultural and level of people
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering. Masters degree PhD is a plus.
Self driven team player and competitive attitude to be industry best in class
