Job Summary

As a Business Analyst GenAI you will:

Support the exploration analysis and validation of AI-driven use cases in early-stage initiatives.
Evaluate solution options assessing process impact risks and dependencies.
Perform technical explorations to understand data availability system constraints and integration points.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business technology risk compliance and security functions.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for Risk Privacy Compliance Security and Responsible AI assessments.
Translate discovery insights into structured requirements process flows data usage scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Create a comprehensive handover package for development and delivery teams.
Ensure a smooth transition from concept validation to implementation.

What You Bring to the Table:

5 years of experience in IT projects preferably in business analysis roles.
Experience working with Data and AI technologies.
Strong background in requirements gathering process design and documentation.
Solid understanding of IT environments integrations and system landscapes.
Experience collaborating with Risk Compliance Security and Architecture stakeholders.
Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
Masters degree in a technical or business-related field.
Fluency in English (Dutch is a strong plus).

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Analyze complex problems and translate them into clear structured solutions.
Work effectively in discovery validation and early-stage project environments.
Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Communicate insights clearly to cross-functional and international teams.
Manage documentation with precision and attention to detail.
