Ops Excellence Specialist 6 month secondment
Job Summary
About the role
Reporting into the Ops Excellence Manager the Ops Excellence team is responsible for manual settlement promotional execution platform optimisation help centre changes and delivery of operational backlog items. The successful candidate will provide seamless end to end customer journeys resulting in a positive customer experience. You and the team will work closely with multiple stakeholders around the business including Operations R&T Value Premium Customer Engagement Product and Customer Service to ensure delivery of these objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with R&T to deliver settlement across key customer journeys where automation has not yet been realised
- Prioritise and triage Premium CS customer requests to alleviate real time friction
- Execution of all on platform mass market promotional payouts directly to customers and ensure smooth consistent execution of all promotional activity alongside Marketing
- Assist in scheduling and delivering operational excellence for generosity by facilitating seamless customer journeys
- Daily compliance checks and reporting on key KPIs shared across Sportsbet
- Analyse and interpret data to recommend actions solving for customer pain points
About you
- Minimum 6 month experience customer experience/servicing
- Understanding of Risk and Trade principles for settlement and Sportsbets promotional activity
- Ability to build and design customer led processes (experience with data and reporting is desirable)
- Must be a permanent employee of Sportsbet
