Job Summary
As aSenior Offering Management Leadfor Building Automation within the BMS division at Honeywell you will be a key driver of theBA Connected Strategyfor theVertical Offerings with a strong focus onBMS channel partners and Enterprise and Service Upsell sales. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the strategy for our cloud-based offerings ensuring alignment with the BA focus verticals.
You will report directly to Connected Offerings Portfolio Director. As a valued colleague at Honeywell you will also contribute to the development and support of our employees fostering an inclusive culture and driving change across the this role you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of our business by driving the BA Connected Strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering/R&D marketing sales IT and operations to ensure the successful development and launch of innovative products and solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- End to End ownership of the Vertical Specific Offerings for Hospitality & Healthcarefor the BMS Channels and HBS Direct business including owning the revenue commitments aligned with the product roadmap
- Monitor and ensure performanceagainst key business metrics includingOrders and Revenue targets and take corrective actions as needed.
- Define and manage theproduct roadmap prioritizing features and investments based on maximum ROI for customers and market trends with high focus on AI technology adoption within the applications
- Drive all commercialization activitiesfor the Chanell and Direct business ensuring offerings are market-ready and aligned with customer expectations.
- Gather and integrate feedbackfrom channel partners HON sales and HBS service teams into the product development lifecycle to enhance offering relevance and performance.
- Conductmarket research and competitive analysisto identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Collaborate withengineering/R&D IT software development sales and marketingto drive innovation and ensure successful product development and launches.
- Leadgo-to-market planning and execution ensuring alignment across all stakeholder groups.
- Providestrategic leadershipto cross-functional teams fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
8 years of experience in offering/product management preferably in the Building Automation industry.
Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and the Building Automation market.
Good understanding of new technologies like cloud computing AI/ ML
Proven track record of driving product innovation and successful product launches.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
