Commercial Litigation, Trucking, and Product Liability Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national law firm with offices in all 50 states has an excellent opportunity for Commercial Litigation Trucking and Product Liability Attorneys in its Raleigh office. We are seeking attorneys with 3 to 7 years of civil defense litigation experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidates will have experience handling matters involving transportation/trucking product liability and/or commercial litigation including high-exposure cases for sophisticated commercial and self-insured clients. These attorneys should be ready to step into active matters take ownership of a significant caseload and contribute from day one in a collaborative litigation practice.

Candidates must have strong litigation fundamentals including experience taking depositions drafting and arguing dispositive motions written discovery for large corporate clients case strategy working with experts case investigation legal research court appearances client communication and managing complex cases through all phases of litigation.

Candidates must be team players with excellent writing and persuasive speaking skills strong academic backgrounds proven research ability and the judgment and professionalism to handle significant responsibility.

This is a hands-on role with a real opportunity for growth. You will work directly with an experienced trial attorney on complex high-stakes matters and receive substantive mentorship designed to accelerate your development as a litigator. We are looking for someone with strong work ethic initiative and coachability who takes pride in high-quality work product values feedback and is motivated to continue developing into a skilled and confident trial lawyer.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in North Carolina and able to work in person in our Raleigh office at least four days per week.
