What you will be doing:
- Handle probate trust and commercial litigation cases.
- Draft and file legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare for and attend hearings depositions and trials.
- Engage in probate administration estate planning and corporate law tasks.
Experience you will need:
- Minimum 3-5 years handling probate/trust/commercial litigation.
- Experience handling substantive hearings depositions and conducting trials.
- Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
