Educate & Inspect: Meet homeowners perform roof inspections and guide them through the insurance claim process.
Lead Gen: Build your pipeline through door-to-door outreach networking and referrals.
Close Deals: Turn inspections into projects and build a book of business.
Own Your Schedule: Work independently with the support of a world-class team.

Compensation

Training Phase (First 90 Days): Base pay bonuses for every verified claim commission.
Post-Training: Full uncapped commission structurethe sky is the limit.
