The Senior VIP Marketing Host generates revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests. The position facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error ensures guests are aware of events and supports their execution maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility and builds guest loyalty by exceeding expectations in service and dependability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Sell VIP table reservations at the assigned venue and maintain the agreed-upon minimum sales requirements
• Maintain minimum weekly revenue support requirements at company venues other than your own
• Enter all VIP table reservations into UrVenue including guests full name cell number and email address
• Reservations without complete information will not count toward minimum requiremen
• Individual commissions will not be paid for incomplete reservations
• Complete all assigned data collection marketing and social media tasks per managements requests
• Maintain professionalism with coworkers and patrons
• Obtain approval for all breaks or rotation changes when unable to perform assigned duties
• Stay attentive to company-related events upcoming venues and operational changes
• Meet all marketing requirements including guest lists contact information forms and social media outreach
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Keep workstation/podium neat and orderly
• Promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff
• Comply with additional hours beyond scheduled shift as needed
• Provide guests with information and directions
• Inform management of any complaints comments or incidents
• Appear in proper dress code for all scheduled shifts
• Comply with cross-promotion of all venues as needed
• Perform related duties as assigned
• Promote Tao Group Restaurants to guests prior to nightclub visits to meet stated revenue goals
• Report to all scheduled duties in a timely manner and collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Effectively handling guest complaints and discrepancies assuring all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner
• Commit to the Companys values and acknowledge dedication to providing excellent guest service to both guests and internal team members at all times

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

• Five plus (5) years in the nightlife industry required
• Proficient in Windows Office Microsoft Office Mac OSX POS systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 21 years of age
• Maintain a professional neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
• Responsible for obtaining required work cards for position
