We are seeking an Indirect Buyer to manage end to end sourcing for indirect category leading supplier selection negotiation and contract execution. Alongside individual buying responsibilities the role owns centralized Indirect Procurement processesdriving standardization governance and crossfunctional alignment. The position ensures effective support for projects while maintaining strong operational procurement performance across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead global indirect categories driving cost savings KPI delivery and sourcing strategies.
- Manage major tenders and improvement initiatives while building strong stakeholder and supplier partnerships.
- Execute sourcing projects across regions managing timelines budgets negotiations eauctions and supplier risk.
- Partner with Legal on contracts and act as a category expert supporting bestpractice procurement.
- Oversee P2P cycle in Coupa and SAP ensuring accurate POs timely invoice resolution and compliance.
- Maintain vendor data support audits and drive process improvements with AP and crossfunctional teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Business Administration Economics International trade or equivalent
- Strong experience in Strategic Sourcing within Procurement (Preferable from Indirect background)
- Advanced English
- Good negotiator and communicator
