Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)

Responsibilities include:

• Support the development and execution of commodity strategies providing market and technology insights to the category lead.
• Maintain and update sourcing pipelines benchmarking data cost tracking (Business Over Time) and sourcing documentation with high accuracy.
• Prepare materials for strategy reviews global budget updates and ontime delivery metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings (engineering supplier quality supply chain finance) contributing data analysis and commercial insights.
• Build and support business cases aligned with sourcing priorities and program needs.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to exchange information and ensure alignment on sourcing actions for current and future programs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing and accounting processes and procedures.
• Execute the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain sourcing process to manage RFQs perform quote analysis and support source selection recommendations.
• Apply appropriate analytical toolsbenchmarking competitive sourcing value analysis negotiation preparation cost reduction initiatives supplier performance review support decision making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree completed
• Advanced or Fluent English.
• Relevant experience in purchasing supply chain or related areas.
• Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and build effective internal and external relationships.
• Experience managing commercial discussions with suppliers and analyzing supplier performance.
• Strong negotiation fundamentals and willingness to develop more advanced negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and propose solutions.
• Solid organizational skills ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently with global teams and in a self-directed manner.
• Experience with cost analysis tools or technical cost breakdowns.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering concepts (preferred but not required).
