Job Summary
SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. San Diego CA
Pay: $20$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time Weekdays primarily
Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

What Youll Do
Residential & move-out cleanings
Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
Clean and detail kitchens bathrooms floors and living spaces
Follow SD Sparkle standards and checklists
Work independently or alongside a small team
What Were Looking For
Reliable & punctual (very important to us)
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to clean for several hours
Comfortable in both occupied and vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Cleaning experience is a plusbut not required (we train the right people!)
Requirements
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Smartphone (for scheduling & communication)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
