Job Summary
角色职责:
根据物料采购及生产计划组织物流部员工及时准确完成物料的收货存放配送以及产品客户交付安排并进行系统账务处理
组织循环盘点和年度盘点确保库存库位准确率达到设定目标
指导及监督下属员工遵守质量EH&S5STPM纪律规范及公司其它规章制度
根据工作需要安排技能培训
持续改善工作效率5S及EH&S降低运营成本满足公司运营体系要求
协调监督第三方仓储物流管理确保满足工厂日常运作需要及达到业绩指标
协调解决跨部门问题满足内外部客户需求
监督各项业绩指标达成情况并视情况采取改善措施
推行自动化数字化及智能化在仓储物流运作中的应用
管理部门员工的休假及加班使之符合公司要求
发挥桥梁作用维护良好劳资关系提高员工敬业度
角色 目的:
维持仓储物流的日常运作
识别改善机会提升各项KPI
最低要求:
大学本科物流管理或工科相关专业
熟悉仓储物流日常管理运作相关流程
3年以上制造业仓储物流管理经验熟悉ERP
熟悉绩效管理
具有仓储物流自动化数字化及智能化项目经验
具备workable英语水平
