Role Overview
As a Logistics Analyst at Honeywell you will play a critical role in ensuring real-time visibility and proactive management of logistics operations within one of our most dynamic markets. Reporting to the Senior Director Logistics you will monitor end-to-end supply chain activities leverage advanced analytics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities expertise in logistics systems and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. You will help Honeywell maintain best-in-class logistics performance by identifying risks resolving disruptions and optimizing processes across APACs unique regulatory and infrastructure landscape.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Control Tower Operations: Monitor and manage logistics activities across APAC ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining compliance with local trade and customs regulations.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends predict disruptions and recommend corrective actions to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Performance Management: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into logistics KPIs (on-time delivery lead time cost metrics) using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for shipment delays customs clearance issues and operational bottlenecks coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing visibility tools for APAC operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with planning procurement IT and compliance teams to ensure alignment of logistics operations with business objectives.
QualificationsYou Must Have
- 5 years of experience in logistics operations transportation management or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems (TMS/WMS) and control tower platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
