Now were looking for a dynamic sales professional to help drive our Major Projects business with Tier 1 construction clients.
As a Sales Consultant in Major Projects you will work on large-scale high-value developments engaging directly with top-tier builders developers and consultants across the construction sector. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes influence decision-makers and align KONEs solutions with major project needs will be key to your success.
What will you be doing
- Driving strategic sales across multi-million dollar construction projects
- Building and expanding relationships with top tier builders developers and key stakeholders
- Leading end-to-end sales processesfrom tendering to final negotiation and handover
- Positioning KONE as a partner of choice through technical insights and commercial acumen
- Collaborating with internal engineering operations and installation teams
- Maintaining sales pipeline and reporting through Salesforce (CRM)
- Keeping up to date with market trends project pipelines and client developments
What are we looking for
- Proven track record in major project or capital equipment sales ideally in construction or engineering
- Strong network or 5 years experience working with Tier 1 or top-tier construction firms
- Commercially savvy with an ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex negotiations
- Excellent communication relationship-building and influencing skills
- Tech-literate and detail-focused with Salesforce or CRM experience
- Degree in business engineering construction or a related discipline (preferred)
