Job Summary
Job Title: LPN / LVN Medical Surgical
Location: Syracuse NY
Pay: $1566.50/week (Travel) $1311/week (Local)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) 3x12s (36 hrs/week)
Every other weekend & holidays required No block scheduling
Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to support Med/Surg and ED units. Candidates must be able to provide patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Record vitals prepare patients assist with procedures
- Administer injections and support clinical care
- Maintain exam rooms and documentation (EMR)
- Communicate with patients families and care teams
- Monitor and report patient conditions
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license
- CPR Certification
- 1 year inpatient experience (Med/Surg or ED preferred)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
