To define job responsibilitiesJob Description:
Responsibilities
- Audit manufacturing processes to ensure theyre running as designed:
Complete standardized audit form
Ensure required gauging is in place clean with calibration stickers applied with acceptable dates
Ensure required checksheets are complete
Ensure parts are conforming and correct data is being recorded in PlexMeasure parts as necessary
Ensure workplaces and gauge tables are clean organized and 5S is complete
Ensure all containers and parts are properly tagged and identifiedAddress any parts on the floor tables cabinets tool boxes etc.
Ensure hourly pull boards are being used
- Data entry (Final Audit etc.)
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Effectively communicates with Manufacturing and other departments as required regarding inspection results
- Effectively communicates within the QA department
- As directed by the Quality Group Leader or Quality Manager
Required Skills and Education
Qualification Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Working knowledge of Windows PC with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook)
- Basic GD&T knowledge
- Measuring devices (CMM optical comparator other handheld measuring devices)
- Basic metallurgy
