Scheduled Weekly Hours:
36The WEO Social Worker cover all inpatient medical surgical units (IPR ICU Gen Med Ortho Neuro Med Spec all maternal child units Cardio/Pulm Heritage Unit Surgical Digestive and Medical oncology).
What you will work:
.9 FTE 72 Hours every 2 weeks
Friday Saturday Sunday 6am-6pm
12 hours shifts

Assessment and treatment planning
Discharge planning
Provide patient and family education and support
Document

What you will need:
Bachelorsdegree in Social Work or in a related field
WI Social Worker license
1 year of previous experience in human services or health care
