Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions. The ideal candidate will develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility reduce pain and enhance overall functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation services
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and prevention strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific as applicable)
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior outpatient or clinical experience
Experience with orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation
