Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions. The ideal candidate will develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility reduce pain and enhance overall functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific as applicable)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior outpatient or clinical experience
- Experience with orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation
