Job Summary

Consat Telematics is a leading Swedish tech company specializing in intelligent IT solutions for public transport and smart mobility. Our solutions contribute to more sustainable efficient and reliable transportation systems for communities around the world. We work closely with public transport authorities operators and cities in a complex and mission-critical B2B environment.

As Product Owner you will bridge North American client needs with Swedish development teams drive product delivery and ensure scalable software solutions that create real business value.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and support our software and various systems for clients in Canada and the United States

Provide technology training and knowledge transfer to partners and local employees

Participate in product development meetings with developers based in Sweden

Act as a liaison between North American client requests and Swedish developers

Translate technical documents from Swedish to English for the North American market

Develop and implement software policy verification and testing for our systems in Canada and the United States

Communicate and negotiate with clients to analyze their requirements

Prepare proposals to meet the business needs and requirements of current and potential clients and partners in the Canadian and U.S. markets

Assign technical work and integrated Consat Canada Inc. software products to third-party systems and perform related reviews

Analyze design and implement software solutions

Provide after-sales technical support to local partners

Transfer knowledge of Canadian and U.S. market standards laws and structures to Consat

Manage deployment teams and engineers for systems in Canada and the United States

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science

Minimum 10 years of experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and public transit operations and planning

Proficiency in Python Java PL/SQL and C

Extensive expertise with Consat Telematics Fleet Studio and Traffic Studio

Excellent spoken and written English and Swedish

Knowledge of French is an asset
