Position : Operations & Marketing Generalist
Work Hours (Client) : Willingness to work evening and night shifts typically between 4:00 PM 12:00 AM EST or 5:00 PM 1:00 AM EST (final schedule to be confirmed)
Holidays : 5 days annual PTO
Pay Range : $1200 - $1600 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:
Our client is a family-owned property management business in Clearwater FL specializing in vacation rentals across Tampa Bay beaches. They offer full-service management marketing and guest support for homes and condos helping owners maximize bookings while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Were looking for a dynamic generalist covering marketing operations and admin support with experience in the short term rental industry. This role will have a range of responsibilities supporting the small dynamic team in areas including marketing guest services operations reporting and more.
Marketing & Listing Optimization:
- Optimize property listings across OTAs (Airbnb VRBO etc.) including photo order editing headlines descriptions and amenities to maximize bookings.
- Create and send newsletters and email campaigns via MailChimp or similar platforms to engage past and prospective guests.
- Maintain organized records of marketing content system processes and listing updates.
Operational Support & Reporting:
- Track and summarize KPIs (occupancy revenue engagement etc.) and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Prepare and maintain reports on property performance guest interactions and booking trends.
- Use internal systems such as Streamline (possibly Vintory Breezeway or Enso Connect)
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and standardize processes.
Guest Interaction:
- Handle occasional inbound communications and overnight calls when necessary.
- Troubleshoot guest issues and escalate to on-site Guest Services Managers as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and ordering items for guest experiences or operational needs.
- Support the team in ad hoc marketing reporting and operational projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (neutral accent)
Experience: 3 years of related experience
- 3 years of experience in marketing and customer service preferably within a vacation rentals or property management company
- Extensive hands-on experience in property management operations including PMS platforms and OTAs (e.g. Airbnb VRBO; Streamline is a plus)
- Strong background in guest communication with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionallyeven in challenging situations
- Proven experience in listing optimization maintaining consistency accuracy and quality across multiple listings
- Experience with administrative tasks reporting and coordination with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing data and workflows
- Proven ability to create content and manage newsletters using Mailchimp or similar platforms
- Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized proactive and able to see tasks through to completion within a reasonable timeframe

- Detail-oriented problem-solver highly organized independent and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
