Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Porto (Hybrid)

Your Role:
Youll support Dutch-speaking customers handling inquiries and delivering a high-quality service experience within a global team.
Salary & Benefits:
1100 gross x14 salaries
Up to 150 monthly bonus (x11)
Hybrid working model
Stable full-time contract
International work environment
Working Hours:
Monday Sunday (24/7 rotational shifts)
2 rotational days off
Night shifts (22:00 07:00) are occasional not frequent but flexibility is required.
Location:
Hybrid Porto
Requirements:
Dutch (fluent)
English (C1)
Strong communication skills
Based in Portugal or open to relocation
