Team: COF Tech & EPX Project Destination - Tech
Must Have:
- 3 years in IT/cybersecurity
- enterprise IdPs (Okta or GCP)
- Cloud Infrastructure management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience with Okta in enterprise level environments including Policy Management Application Rules IdP rules Access Token Management Adapter Configuration SAML OpenID Connect SSO and API (oAuth2.0)
- 5 years of experience developing complex scripts in Bash NodeJS Python or other languages to develop automated solutions
- 5 years of experience developing Infrastructure as Code in cloud hosted environments using Terraform CloudFormation or Azure Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze enhance and support a highly complex enterprise level Okta Single Sign On platform supporting SaaS applications and GCP cloud hosted environment
- Collaborate with enterprise identity teams supporting platforms including PingFederate/PingID AWS Identity Center and Okta
- Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS and GCP
- Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers
- Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex high severity incidents
- Develop automated solutions using scripts pipelines and cloud-based serverless computing platforms
- Develop detailed architecture standards design and implementation documentation
- Analyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans
- Participate in disaster recovery capacity planning performance monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability
