Corporate Attorney
About the Role:
We are seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 2 5 years of experience to join our Corporate Practice Group.
In this role you will work on a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters taking on significant responsibility in structuring negotiating and executing transactions. You will have the opportunity to serve as first- or second-chair on key deals working closely with senior attorneys while also managing aspects of matters independently.
This position is ideal for an attorney who is looking to deepen their expertise take ownership of their work and actively contribute to client relationships and business development efforts.
What Youll Work On:
- Mergers acquisitions and divestitures
- Debt and equity offerings
- Corporate restructurings
- Entity selection and formation
- General corporate advisory matters
- Drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 5 years of experience in corporate or transactional law
- Ability to act as first- or second-chair on corporate matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Superior academic background
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage responsibilities independently
- Desire for significant client interaction and relationship building
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Ability to lead or contribute effectively to team-based projects
