What youll be doing:
- Strategic Development
- Develop and implement a global strategy to expand Taylor & Franciss corporate account managed content sales.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities market trends and emerging industries to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development marketing and editorial to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
- Innovate content delivery and sales models to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients.
- Business Growth and Revenue Generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients delivering tailored content solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and partnerships ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Create and implement a plan to increase pipeline capacity and hygiene resulting in improved forecasting and revenue attainment.

Additional Information :
What we offer in return:
- Annual salary ranging from $170000-$190000 commercial bonus of 25% if OTEs are met; may exceed up to 100%
- Salary commensurate with experience

What you should know:

- You must have the right to work and live in United States
- In-Person Time: The successful candidate will be able to utilize our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our office in Philadelphia or New York to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it onsite 3 days per week.
- Domestic and international travel to T&F offices may be required
Interview process:
