Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) Business Analyst & Tester
- Serve as Business Analyst & Tester for the Clients MCP System focusing on system and sub-system enhancements.
- Lead analysis functional design triaging and testing activities for system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Facilitate and lead Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with SMEs and technical teams to ensure business requirements are met.
- Develop execute and maintain functional test plans scripts test cases and test data for system changes and defect fixes.
- Document and maintain as-is and to-be business processes system functional documentation and business requirements documents.
- Track document and report defects collaborate with IT and business teams to triage and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date.
- Provide comprehensive knowledge transfer of change requests design documentation and test scripts through documentation code commenting training and meetings.
- Ensure all deliverables including best practices lessons learned meeting minutes and test outcomes are documented and accessible to client personnel.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI Figma Visio ServiceNow SharePoint Jira Confluence and qTest for analysis documentation and testing activities.
- Support knowledge transfer via scheduled meetings collaborative documentation and ongoing communication with contract manager.
- Work location: Sacramento CA; duration: 2 years; start date: 7/1/2026.
