Description

Are you highly organised proactive and great at keeping a busy team running smoothly Were looking for a Senior Business Administrator to provide essential support that helps our services run efficiently and make a real difference to peoples lives.

As a Senior Business Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring that colleagues can deliver high quality services. Youll be the first point of contact for customer and client enquiries maintain accurate and reliable records. Youll develop a strong understanding of the service we provide and how your work enables better outcomes for our communities. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Youll manage multiple tasks at once deal with regular interruptions and confidently reprioritise your workload to meet the needs of children and families attending the family addition to core administrative duties youll also deliver more specialist support such as minutetaking for meetings financial reconciliation and contributing to project work.

  • Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Takes initiative and anticipates the needs of children and families attending services
