Job Summary
As Production Administrator your role is to co ordinate produce and enter production related data from the Shopfloor into the relelvant systems including SAP and Excel
- Creating collating and inputting data gathered from job cards
- Working closely with Engineering Leads to track and monitor part deliveries ensuring timely availability of components
- Managing mould equipment life expectancy and scrappage utilising information from the Engineering team and SAP
- Collaborating with the Quality team to prepare daily and monthly reports on production metrics and quality indicators
- Liaising with the Quality Manager on stock availability rework requirements and defect analysis
- Identifying items for reorder and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production needs
- Conducting regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in SAP and experience using Excel to analyse and present data - Working knowledge of other Microsoft products including Word PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various departments
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality control measures - Knowledge of production processes and inventory management techniques
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed
