Job Summary
Are you an experienced handson HR professional whos used to supporting busy managers across different sites Were looking for a practical HR generalist to join our friendly and down to earth team.
This is a genuinely varied role where you could be involved in anything from daytoday ER support to recruitment and everything in between. Youll see the real impact of your work partnering closely with managers and helping shape how things get done. Were continuing to grow at pace so youll need to be confident getting stuck in quickly and building strong working relationships from day one.
Youll give honest sensible HR advice have a cando approach and be comfortable rolling your sleeves up. Confidence in guiding managers through all kinds of employment matters is essential along with the drive to help make things happen on the ground. Were looking for someone CIPDqualified (ideally Level 7 or equivalent experience) who can bring solid practical HR knowhow.
Alongside the daytoday generalist work there will be opportunities to get involved in longerterm HR projects - ideal if you enjoy improving processes shaping culture or helping build better ways of working as we grow.
At JDP youll be joining a team of dedicated and slightly obsessed pipe people. We call a spade a spade here and we like working with people who do the same. We have a strong team spirit and youll quickly feel part of it.
As a multisite business some travel around the UK will be essential but we make good use of virtual tools to keep travel sensible.
Qualifications :
Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant qualification
CIPD Level 7 is preferred
Experience in a multi-site environment preferred
