Job Summary

Profile:Senior Merchandiser-Garment-Surat-7.2 LPA

Experience:

6-10 years of experience in garment merchandising
Must have experience in handling and leading a merchandising team
Experience in managing both mens & womens garment segments
Exposure to export-oriented business and international clients preferred

Salary Range: 55k to 60k

Roles:

Lead and manage the entire merchandising team for smooth operations
Handle end-to-end merchandising for mens & womens garment categories
Coordinate with buyers for order development costing & approvals
Oversee sampling production planning & timely execution of orders
Ensure quality standards timelines & client expectations are met
Liaise with production sourcing & logistics teams for order fulfillment
Develop vendor network for fabrics trims & accessories
Monitor order status resolve issues & ensure timely dispatch
Maintain strong client relationships and handle communication independently
