Job Summary
A small community hospital located just outside La Crosse Wisconsin is seeking a full-time permanent Nurse Manager to join their Medical/Surgical team!
The Nurse Manager Job Opportunity:
- Full-time direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri with other hours as needed

- The Nurse Manager is responsible for staff oversight quality of care patient safety departmental finances performance improvement efforts and workforce planning. As an integral member of the leadership team this role helps ensure that nursing practice continues to progress within a supportive and professional environment.
- Med Surg Unit
The Nurse Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Must have active RN License
- Must have at least 3 years of previous Med Surg nursing experience
- Must have previous nursing leadership experience
