Job Summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive and driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our fastgrowing European business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global consultancy with ambitious regional growth plans. While the role is offered as an initial 12month fixed term contract our expansion across Europe may create longerterm opportunities for the successful candidate.

Based in Dublin you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our Infrastructure team in Europe while also supporting recruitment across other sectors as needed. This is a handson endtoend recruitment role where you will identify engage and hire exceptional project managers cost managers and project controls specialists who help deliver worldclass infrastructure and construction projects.

You will collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Recruitment Team Lead and the wider European recruitment team contributing to a highperforming fastpaced environment.

This role would suit a Recruiter with corporate experience or an agency Recruiterwho is looking for more variety and to develop into a corporate recruitment role in a thriving international consultancy. 

You will: 

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process 

  • Createand publishjob adverts and social media campaigns 

  • Sourcecandidates utilising variety of mediums such as social media referrals networking events etc. 

  • Screenand interviewcandidates by phone or MS Teams 

  • Coordinateand managehiring team interviews 

  • Manageoffer and negotiation process 

  • Updateapplicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting 

  • Manageall communication with candidates from the moment they apply/ are approached until offer acceptance 

  • Builda Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business. 

 


Qualifications :

  • BSc in Human Resource Management Business Studies or other relevant subject 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers cost managers or project controls specialists.

  • Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

  • Fluency in English is essential for this role other European languages are beneficial 

  • Able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates 

  • Motivated flexible and results driven 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
