Job Summary
Remote Marketing Specialist - Europe
We are seeking an experienced marketing contractor to help promote established personal development programs to a global audience.
This is a fully remote performance-based role suited to self-motivated professionals with strong marketing experience and excellent English.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email social media and paid ads.
- Create engaging content that increases awareness leads and conversions.
- Follow up with prospects through funnels and targeted communication.
- Monitor results and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Work collaboratively to scale successful initiatives.
Requirements
- 2 years of marketing experience with proven results.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp and phone communication.
- Experience with digital tools such as Google Ads and email platforms.
- Self-directed goal-oriented and comfortable working remotely.
- Prior business or marketing experience required.
- Availability during UK/Europe-friendly hours.
