Are you a recruiter looking for real autonomy flexibility and the opportunity to build your own desk within a growing international agencyAt The Door Talent we are building something different: a modern ambitious and high-performance recruitment agency operating across key sectors.
We are now looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter based in Ireland to join us remotely and play a key role in our expansion.
The Role
This is not a typical recruitment position.
You will take full ownership of your desk combining business development with candidate delivery and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing your own client portfolio
- Managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end
- Generating new business and building long-term client relationships
- Sourcing interviewing and managing candidates throughout the process
- Developing your market within your chosen sector
This role is approximately:
- 60% Business Development
- 40% Candidate Management and Delivery
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in or a strong interest in business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results-driven attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your performance
- Native-level English
What We Offer
- Self-employed contract (sole trader required)
- Stable long-term role with consistent workload and support
- Base salary uncapped commission structure
- Expected earnings between/month depending on experience and performance
- 100% remote working from anywhere in Ireland
- Company laptop and phone provided
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Early finish on Fridays (2:00 PM)
- Full autonomy in your role
You must already be or be willing to become a sole trader / self-employed contractor in Ireland. Despite the freelance setup this is a stable position with a guaranteed base income plus strong earning potential through commissions.
