Tanager Wealth Management is looking for a Part-Time HR Manager to take ownership of our people function and help us build a structured supportive and high-performing environment.

The role
This is a broad hands-on HR role with both strategic influence and day-to-day involvement.
Youll be the go-to person for all things people bringing structure clarity and consistency as the business grows.
Youll be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees across the business
- Supporting and improving performance management appraisals and development frameworks
- Reviewing and maintaining job descriptions compensation and benefits
- Overseeing recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Implementing and managing policies across areas such as hybrid working wellbeing and absence
- Supporting team leaders with people challenges coaching and guidance
- Promoting company values and strengthening internal culture
- Providing insight through HR data metrics and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice
What youll need
- Experience in an HR role ideally within financial services or professional services
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confidence operating both strategically and hands-on
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm approachable and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build trust across all levels of a business
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
