Job Summary
工业培训生将在公司油脂部门下属的各工厂轮岗工作两年通过系统性地学习工厂生产经营中各个工艺流程部门协作以及项目管理等知识发展未来工厂职业经理人所要求的生产技术管理能力和团队领导力完成从培训生到操作员值班长工程师直至主管的转型
- 招聘对象2026年应届毕业生及职场新人1-3年工作经验从事生产维修质量等相关岗位
- 参考专业食品科学与工程食品质量与安全机械工程自动化等理工科专业
- 全日制本科以上学历
- 工作地点&轮岗地点广州南沙天津江苏张家港东莞
