Job Summary
- Lead endtoend delivery of large enterprise technology programs including planning budgeting governance risk and issue management
- Prioritize and align multiple concurrent workstreams across business and IT teams
- Provide daytoday leadership to crossfunctional project teams and vendor partners
- Establish robust reporting evaluation and accountability frameworks
- Proactively manage scope risks dependencies and change impacts
- Support executive and stakeholder forums incorporating feedback into delivery plans
- Champion codesign approaches involving clients families frontline staff and partners
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technical requirements
- Lead vendor selection contract negotiation and performance management
- Drive Agile or hybrid delivery approaches ensuring compliance testing data migration security and postgolive support
- Design and execute enterprise change management training and communication strategies
Qualifications :
- 10 years delivering largescale enterprise technology implementations
- 8 years leading complex multistream programs
- Experience delivering ERP and enterprise data platforms
- Experience with M&A integration and system harmonization
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML RPA lowcode/nocode)
- Experience managing major SaaS/enterprise vendors and contracts
- Certification in Agile/SAFe PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering Healthcare Informatics or Business
- Strong leadership communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Healthcare or regulatedsector experience strongly preferred
